WHO WE ARE

The Cultural Consulting Network was started by a group of freelance professionals to meet the need for experienced and flexible consultants able to advise on, and deliver a range of projects. We work on a fixed fee basis or agree a reasonable day rate for our time and expertise based on the work required.

We have established contacts with a wide range of freelance experts who we have worked with in the past, and who are brought in to provide specialist support to jobs as required.

	KATIE NORGROVE Katie has extensive experience of national and regional strategic development for archives and the wider heritage sector gained from previous positions at the National Council on Archives, DCMS and the Heritage Lottery Fund. She has a particular strengths in policy and strategy development, research, grants assessment and evaluation and funding advice and support.
	SOPHIA MIRCHANDANI (AMA) Sophia’s background is in the museum, library and archive sector with a particular expertise in grants, funding and museum development issues. Having worked in a senior planning and advisory role within regional support agencies, she also has particular strengths in business planning, sector research and strategy production, advocacy and project planning advice and support.
	JOCELYN GODDARD (AMA, PGCE) Jocelyn came from a community education background into museum and heritage services, specialising in oral history, reminiscence and museum education. She has worked with a wide range of museums, libraries and archives in an advisory role, with a particular emphasis on access and learning.
