Activity Planning

Many organisations are daunted by the prospect of preparing an Activity Plan for their National Lottery Heritage Fund project. Since 2010 we have built up extensive experience of producing successful NLHF Activity Plans for a wide range of organisations from museums, to historic boats, heritage sites and archives. We ensure the plans are compliant with NLHF guidelines and sector good practice as well as practically useful for your own service planning and delivery.

We can help you understand NLHF requirements and guide you through the process and different stages. We offer ideas, expertise and the ability to plan effectively to make your Activity Plan work for you and your audiences. We often combine this with help with interpretation, learning [link to interpretation and learning category] and volunteering.

We enjoy working as part of wider professional teams, ensuring that the needs of your Activity Plan and audiences are properly reflected in spatial, design and capital plans as well as business plans.

We are regularly commissioned by NLHF to mentor organisations [link to NLHF expert advice, mentor, monitoring under NLHF category] through their Activity Planning, giving us an up-to-date insight into the funder’s expectations, and the lessons that can usefully be learnt from comparator projects.
